What Big Life Change Feels Like
Big life change feels like being in a fog, traversing a desert, being in a vast prairie with no path.
You know something has to change, but you don’t exactly in what way or in what timing. The future is uncertain.
It’s both scary and exciting.
We often question and doubt ourselves. Is it possible? Do I have what it takes? What if…?
Fears come up. People will judge me. This feeling will go on forever. I will have to let go of something.
Some Guidance
You do know some things. There’s a lot you don’t know at this time, but you know a lot more than you think you do. There’s enough to get started.
Things change a lot at the start. It’s tempting to want to lock in the outcome, however this process is just beginning. It has the potential to be better than you can imagine at this point.
Don’t worry if you can’t hear your intuition. Nothing is wrong with you, it doesn’t mean anything about what you’re embarking on. Consider that perhaps there’s good reason you can’t connect to it right now.
Change is more than an event (internal or external) that kicked it off. You are becoming someone new, or as Len Schreiner says, “There is another way of being complete.”
